Questions people ask
What does a DPD tracking number look like?
A 14-digit parcel number, or a 10-digit consignment number.
Where do I find my DPD tracking number?
On your Kargom label and booking email, and in DPD's text or email to the recipient.
My DPD tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking can go quiet for a day while a parcel moves between depots, especially over weekends and bank holidays. If it has not changed for three working days, contact whoever sent it: the sender is the courier's customer and can open an enquiry.
